New Work stands for a change in the world of work and is characterised by digitalisation, globalisation and demographic changes. The effects affect both managers and employees. Topics such as ‘technostress’, the impairment of eye and back health due to long screen and display times, always-on communication, professional isolation, the blurring of boundaries between work and private life and changes in employee loyalty to the company are becoming increasingly relevant.

At the AUVA information event, we want to discuss the opportunities and risks of mobile and hybrid working with various experts.
